Jason Berk is CEO & Chief Investment Officer at Majestic Capital Group where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm. He is responsible for advising individuals, families, C-Suite executives, charities, and endowments. He has over 25 years of professional experience in a variety of asset classes, investment research, and management consulting. Jason has successfully started multiple business in media, private equity & advisory, and a successful restaurant group based in Los Angeles. His previous experience includes being an equity analyst at CIBC World Markets, a trader at Cantor Fitzgerald and a management consultant at PriceWaterhouse. He was also a corporate executive for the Motion Picture Group of Paramount Picture and was the Co-founder and Co-CEO of Union Square Entertainment, a media private equity and advisory business.
Jason is actively involved in the leadership of several charities and mentoring students. He currently serves in alumni leadership position for Cornell University’s Athletic Department. He is also actively involved in several committees at The Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton.
Jason earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was awarded the Erwin S. Wolfson Scholarship for leadership. He earned his undergraduate degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where he was a member of the National Honor Society and on both the Varsity track and football teams. He was the recipient of the Clem Miller Scholarship for outstanding public service.
